Military transitions involve much more than just finding a job and replacing a paycheck. Every area of your life is affected. Your entire lifestyle will experience change at some level. I use the analogy of a wheel to represent your life, in which each spoke represents one area. And as with a wheel, you will only go forward if it is round, with all the spokes equally balanced. If there's a flat spot, the wheel will stop rolling. You're forced to fix the flat if you want the wheel to roll again. The same is true with your life. If one area is out of balance, if it isn't satisfying to you, your wheel becomes "flat". Your forward motion is slowed or stopped. Life becomes more difficult.
The following categories represent the spokes in a Wheel of Life. I hope you find valuable resources to help keep your Wheel of Life round and rolling forward smoothly!
